The central heating does not work. We do at least have hot water. In all honesty I can say we are not able to afford our energy bill as it stands. Despite the lack of heating, the direct debit has risen month on month. Our outgoings already exceed our income. I do have a storage heater, which I’ve had to use sparingly.
