It’s a 3 bed terrace that I own via a mortgage (with my ex). Fortunate enough to have a small garden which was so welcomed when going outside was restricted to once a day. I felt happy knowing I could give the children outside time and the animals could be exercised safely without having to breach the rules. I have had moments of anxiety worrying if things needed to be fixed and therefore having to find someone I trusted to enter in the home and do the work, however fortunately this hasn’t occurred during the tightest restrictions. I have worried about the rise in energy bills but have been able to offset these by the fact that my car costs have been lower so using fuel money to pay utility bills instead.
