Not sure how this was possible as I earned less than the year before. I never know how this is worked out and the calculations are so complex that it is designed to be tricky and hazy so you don't have the confidence to question it. There are also so many horror stories about UC that I fear any contact or communication about WTC, just incase I have to swap over. We could not survive 5 weeks without any WTC and that basically scares me into avoiding any contact at all even if it could potentially be in my favour.
